Can not read file

Hi all, I tried to insert a cell into the BIFF8 spreadsheet by using IStorage
interface, and I tried to follow the substream structure, but after I
inserted the cell record, the file could not be opened by excel with an "can
not open file", does anybody can help me with what cause this error?
