Can not print from Web

I have AOL 9.1 and all of a sudden I can not print from the Web or print
emails.

MMM--It would really healp if you would be so kind as to at least mention
the printer make and model.
For example, Epson has an "easy print" module for many of it's printers that
can help if you have an Epson printer.
