Can not print/forward emails with some Chinese content

Hello,

We have come across a situation where a user will receive emails from China
and she can not print them or forward the emails - Outlook just freezes and
she has to do an end task for Outlook. She is running Windows XP Pro (SP3)
and Outlook 2007 (part of MS Office 2007/Exchange Server 2003).

The emails will have English content and there are only Chinese characters
in the signature of the sender.

Has anyone come across this and perhaps know how to fix this?
