I can not open up a PDF enbeded in a word doc email attachment.

I have received an email with a word document attachement. I can ope up the
document with no problem but I can not open up the enbeded pdf files within
the document.

I have Adobe and can open up any other pdf file with no problem.

Is there something I need to download in order for this to work?

This doesn't seem to be an Outlook question to me. That said, save the
attachment to your hard drive first. Does that make a difference?

Define "can not open" - what happens when you try? Do you get an error
message?
