Hi,
I chose not to archive the sent items folder on OutLook 2003 in my work PC,
and we use MS Exchange server.
Now, the Sent Items folder will not open, giving me error message: " can not
display the folder, Errors have been detected in the file: xxxxxxoutlook.ost,
xxxxxuse Scanpst"
The Sent Items folder size is 70MB, and I have a limit on my emails of 300MB.
I have tried the Scanpst, no errors found, then used the Scanost, and errors
were found, but gave me x0800400 number .
I can open the sent items folder OK if I connect to my email account through
our company Exchange Server through the internet.

HELP, please.

Rename the ost-file to .old and restart Outlook. The cache will be rebuild
automatically.
