can not open link's in email

I can not open any url's sent to my email address...very frustrating...how do
I "undo" that?

let me claify...I can click on the link and it will open my browser to the
home page but not to the url in the email.............

Try resetting web settings in IE.

Control panel, internet options, advanced tab, Reset. You can also access
this using IE's Tools, Internet options menu.
