I am running Win2K SP3.
When I try to open a calendar item I get the following error.

"Can not import vCalendarfile. Could not complete the operation. One or more parameter values are not valid."

What do I look at?

What version of Outlook? You might want to post your .ics file. There are a few known interoperability issues, and having an actual problem file makes it easy to test.
