Can not open folders containing emails. Says server not availble

's Computer Specifications

I cannot open my folder for email files in Outlook. Get error message saying
"set of folders could not be opened. Server is not available. Contact your
administrator."

's Computer Specifications

What version of Outlook? What type of email acount/profile was created for
Outlook to use? Did this work before?
