Can not open e-mail

's Computer Specifications

Can not open a e-mail it says it is damaged and it is not I can open it on
my laptop but not my home computer. Want to know what to do so I can open my
mail.

We could use more information. Are you using Windows Mail? What version of
Vista? Are you using a different kind of program on your laptop as compared
to your desktop? What kind of email account is it?
