Hello; I cannot open doc. attachments in mail; however i can by saving them
and opening using word viewer 2003. I have vista home premium, and ms works.
When I click to open in dialogue box a downloading window appears for a
second and then vanishes, and the open/save box reappears.This repeats
itself. There is no error message. I have read 100s of threads over hours,
and downloaded word viewer, but there must be a more direct method. Thank you.

It is best to save the document and scan it for viruses prior to opening it.
