When I start my computer, Microsoft Internet Exlorer pops up with the number
8033851044. It can not be used and can not be deleted. It is shuting down
the internet. How do I just delete internet 6.0 entirely, so that I can
reinstall it?

You can't delete IE6. What you should do first is make sure the computer
is completely virus/malware-free since symptoms similar to those you
report usually occur on an infected machine and you didn't mention any
security/av scanning you've done.
