We need more information. You will need to disable the Automatic Restart in
normal mode. Here's how:
Start > Control Panel > System > Advanced > (Startup and Recovery) Settings
> UNCHECK 'automatically restart' > OK > OK
Now you should get the proper blue screen. Post back the information
reported there and we can assist you better
