can not log on after removing malware

      5th Jun 2008
After running some malware removal software to remove registary enteries put
there by malware alarm 2008. my daughter can not log into her computer. she
gets a welcome screen with administrator on it and when she clicks on it it
does something then goes back to the screen.

also, where does she go on microsoft site to down load a startup disk for
the window xp media ( or multimedia) edition??

This is a newsgroup about using the .Net framework to create windows forms
so your question is wildly off topic. You might want to try searching for a
better group to ask the question.
