Hi,

I'm opening a new email in OWA and I click the "To" button. I drop down the
first field under "Find names in:" to Contacts. Then I click Find and I
receive a message "Please enter the search information in one or more
fields".

All I'm trying to do is bring up a complete list of my contacts. I know I
can see my contacts when looking at my folder list but I want to just bring
up my contacts while in the new email window. Any idea what I'm doing wrong.
Several of my uses are complaing about this as well.

I'm using Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2003.

This just in. My user is saying that he can not even choose Contacts in the
contact list. The contacts are not an option for him.
