When I run the MSI I get the following error:
Windows Installer

Another version of this product is already installed

Installation of this version cannot continue. To
configure or remove the existing version of this product
use Add /Remove Programs on the Control Panel .

I removed CF2, rebooted, and I still get the same error message. Now what
do I do?

I would suspect you've uninstalled something else, not NETCF V2. For
example, it's pretty easy to uninstall desktop's .Net Framework 2.0 by
mistake (which would requre reboot unlike NETCF). Please make sure NETCF V2
is indeed uninstalled.

I came back here to correct/remove this mesage. I realized what I had done
and used GOBACK to restore everything and remove the correct software. SP1
install then worked OK.
