I have a Palm IIIC that worked fine at one time. After
moving and setting computer back up it quit working. One
time I did something (maybe reinstalled it) in safe mode.
It worked then but has quit again. The message says the
port is in use and will not continue. What do I need to
do to make it work again and stay that way?

You may have conflicting ports (IRQ address confilcts or
I/O address confilcts), and the only way to fix this is
through the bios (i do not recommend if you are not
familar with the BIOS interface).
