Hello I am having trouble with my computer, i no longer hear the sounds of my
computer and also it will not download music

Some odd possibilities
- do you get any errors when you try to play an audio file in media player?
- is the volume in mute?
- is the volume high enough?
- are the speakers connected? Have you tried swapping it with earphones to
ensure the speakers are not broke?
- have you tried playing another audio file?
- is there any Sound Devices listed in Device Manager (Start > Control Panel
> System > Hardware > Device Manager)
- finally, try reinstalling the drivers.
