I have not been able to linl/embed to objects in form design. Menu items
insert>object" and Edit>paste special are grayed. Any suggestion

Type of form? Outlook version? WordMail as the message editor?

In Outlook 2003, Insert | Object and Edit | Paste Special are available
only in the body of rich-text items or WordMail messages and posts.
