Can not Generate reports in BCM

's Computer Specifications

I just installed V2 of BCM and when I try to generate reports I get an error
"The Report Could Not Be Generated. Please Try Again" Has anyone encountered
this error and came up with a fix?

Do a reinstall of the BCM V2 this should take care of the issue
