Use the Organizer to copy the style into the old document: Click Tools |
Templates and Add-Ins; then click the Organizer button.
Note that when you add a style to a template, existing documents are not
affected, unless you choose the "Automatically update document styles"
option (Tools | Templates and Add-Ins) in those documents. See
