I added a cost and due by field in my category view but when I try to create
appointments with the new data for the new fields, I do not have them at all.
I can enter in the cost in the category view, but the due by field will not
let me enter anything. Does anybody know a way around this?

What type of field did you create for due by or are you using the predefined
due by field?
