When I try...nothing happens. I mean nothing. When trying
to download MSN Messenger...the page just sits there and
does nothing. Same when I attempt to download critical
Windows updates. The page scans my computer and lists 26
recommended updates. I get as far as "Click here to
download", but nothing happens when I click the button.

This is pretty frustrating. I'm beginning to think that I
have a virus. Can someone please help with this?? Thank-
you.

Ps...as I'm typing this...my "Num Lock" and "Caps Lock"
keep going on and off EVEN THOUGH I'M NOT DOING IT!

Have you run any anti-virus or anti-adware/spyware programs.

You haven't given us any information on what your system is or what you are
running.
