After I uploaded the lastest version of IE6, I no longer able to download
Axel Player or Flash Player software. I am running Win98(SE).
It appears to be a security issue but I am dumb founded where to look.

No this is not what I am experiencing.
When I go to a web site that uses Axel or any Flash software, none of them
work. When I go to download the software, I do not get the messages to allow
for download, it appears there is somekind of security blocking but I can not
find the appropriate area to fix this.
