can not delete a videofile

Hi there
I can not delete a video file, which size is 4.2 GB, I am the owner of the
file, and apparently is not open, but, the system said it can not be
deleted beacause it is open

Try to delete it in Safe Mode. If Safe Mode doesn't work, use Safe Mode
Command Prompt.
