Put them all in a folder and delete the folder.

Try deleting in safe mode. If that doesn't work, you may need to "take
ownership" of the files in order to delete. See following KB article:

Paul,
Also, another 'first' step you could take would be to run
'chkdsk' on your hard-drive (system drive).

Open 'Windows Explorer' and right-click on your [c:] drive.

Choose 'Properties' from the menu that appears.

On the properties page for [c:] drive, click on the 'Tools' tab along
the top.

Click on the topmost button marked "Check Now..." to "check the volume
for errors".

In the small box that then appears, check-mark the box "Automatically
fix file system errors" but leave the other one unchecked. Then click
on the button marked 'Start'

Because this is your system drive [c:] you will get a message that
says - "The check could not be performed....".
Answer 'Yes' to the question "do you want the check to occur the next
time Windows starts?" by clicking on the button marked 'Yes'.

The disk scan (chkdsk) will run the next time you start Windows.

This will ensure the problem does not lie in a file system error
preventing the file[s] from being deleted.

You can then get on with trying the other suggestions posted by "Mark
Adams"

This is a trick to delete an undeletable file by restoring a
file over it with a file created with the same name using a
drive imaging program.

Instructions:

1. Create a text file and write in it some letters, anything.

2. Save that file in your root drive (C: for example) with the
same exact name and extension as the file you want to delete.

3. Now make a backup your new file (I used Acronis True Image).

4. Open your backup program and restore the file you created to
the folder where the undeletable file is, overwriting it.

4. Now you can delete it!

5. Run chkdsk.
