I can delete the contact from the contacts list. But in the main menu, I can not delete the contact. It remains under the Privacy listing and can be blocked but I want to totally delete the name....How to do this??

You'll only be able to remove contacts in the Blocked/Allow lists in the Privacy tab if
they've removed you from their main contact list. If they haven't removed you, then they
will be grayed out and you won't be able to remove them. This is by design.

by design???? Why???? For who???? I want them GONE! How
do I remove them. This is insane. Please help us remove
them PERMANENTLY.

Hi Paul,

This is the way Messenger was designed and besides making a new Passport account, you cannot
remove them (unless they remove you from their main contact list).
