Can not create dial up connection(Upgrade from Home to Pro

Bought new "e Machine.AMD 2.5 with XP Home.
Upgraded to XP Pro but can NOT create a dial up
connection. Only connection option is broadband.
(Manual and others greyed out)

Same upgrade working on this (HP Pavillion)machine.

Help??
