Can not connect Windows 2000 Pro to XP?

's Computer Specifications

I have a workgroup network with a PC running Windows 2000
Pro and other running Windows XP.

When I try to open the XP from Windows 2000 I receive the
message that the account does not exist, but I have
configured the same account in both machines.
