Can not connect to web

's Computer Specifications

I have a client on dial-up that uses AOL for her internet connection. We
recently upgraded her FP from 2000 - 2003, no problems with the upgrade. I
tried to connect to her domain but FP would never connect and never time out
or give any error message. Her site is hosted with GODaddy. I have no
problems logging in to her site using FP2003 with Comcast Internet connection.

's Computer Specifications

Make sure FP 2003 is granted internet access in her firewall.
