Can not connect to some sites - not MTU problem

Hi,

I can not connect to some sites, and some TCP servers, from a win2k
server.
I tried a lot of "solutions" - even reinstalled Windows - without
success.

I tried to change the MTU:

I tried a lot of tricks:

("host" file, dns settings, lot of registry tricks)

without any success.

I don't know what to do.
Could someone save me ?
