I have a "CANON MULTIPASS F50 SUPER G3 (microfine droplet technology)". After
installing the Microsoft P2 update... the above Canon printer fail to
communicate with the PC. My PC gave me the following message..."Unable to
communicate with the device. Please start 'MPService' from the Services
applet in the Control Panel. Then please right-click on the Status Monitor to
Reconnect and try again."

I did... as I need copies and it worked for a while. Now, nothing
communicates with anything. However, the multipass printer, scaner, etc. works
just fine when I use it separately.

I have tryed finding the Canon drivers to upgrade... nothing was available.
This is the only problem I have not completed after MSN P2 UPGRADE. PLEASE
ADVISE...

LG
