After my computer goes to sleep and the screen saver comes on, I can not get
it to wake up. A couple of times the tool bar at the bottom is still visible
but the rest of the screen is the saver. Other times it is just all the
screen saver - frozen. I then need to reboot. Any thoughts on what may have
happened - this just started within the last couple of days.

Is it in standby or hibernate mode? Are both the keyboard and mouse set to
'allow waking from standby?

Check mouse--properties--power management. Same with keyboard.

Did an auto update that included new video drivers in the last couple of
days?
