Hi,

We have around 10 PCs in a small LAN and had a Xerox printer. We replaced
this old Xerox with new one and all other PCs can print on it except me.

I tried installing a printer but could not as when i click on "add printer"
in control panel, nothing happens. Tried even installing the printer driver
also, but does not work. Tried restoring the system to a back date, nothing
happened.

Any help.
