Can not accesss most subfolders

4:13:57 PM I I am unable to access most subfolders in
Windows XP. When I try to access it a
message pops up and says the "folder is not
accessible...access is denied". I am the administrator
of the PC and only had another user accounts (with
administrator privileges with full access). I tried to
safe boot and changed the properties of registered usesr
to folders and subfolders to no avail..... what can I do
now?. Can
anyone help?
