I am using WIN 98SE and IE6.
Yesterday everything was OK.
Today I can no longer access the internet.
When I double click on the IE icon, the header at the top of the screen
indicates my home page, but nothing happens. I just have a blank page.
OE6 is working fine. I can send and receive email.
Hyperlinks do not work, because they lead to the Internet.
An anti-virus scan indicates everything is OK.
Scandisk shows everything is OK.
What else can I do?

http://downloads.subratam.org/WinsockFix.zip

Download, unzip, scan and reboot.

Test.
