I have a personal website and Frontpage. Was able to update a single
page and then use My Network Places (then go to my website) to update. All
of a sudden it doesn't work anymore. The error messages says, "Documents in
this folder are not available. Folder may have been moved or deleted or
network problem may be preventing a connection to the server.

How can I get this back to the way it was as it is easier to work with
my website, Frontpage 2002. and then update one page at a time, when needed.

I did notify by Website provider and they basically said just use your FTP
client.

Try deleting the entry and recreating it. You can do this by opening the web
site in FrontPage.
