Something seems to have "morphed" in Outlook. Previously I could have a
client's data screen open and click to "Schedule Appointment With Contact".
I don't know if this has been changed in an upgrade or if I am just missing
something.

Actions>New Appointment With Contact or Actions>New Meeting Request to
Contact. (The former will simply place an appointment on your calendar for
you to see, with the Contact in the "Contacts" association field; the latter
will send a meeting request.) If you want a button for that on the Toolbar,
click the down-arrow at the right end of the Standard Toolbar, click
Customize, click Add or Remove Bottons, select Actions in the left pane and
drag the "New" button you want to the Toolbar.

I am having a similar problem. I used to have the actions>schedule
appointment option. For some reason that I cannot figure out that option has
disappeared from the menu options. Any suggestions for how to correct this?
