Something has happened to my XP computer. I can no longer get to Set
Program Access or Defaults. I cannot even change my desktop. I get the
message:
"This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this
computer. Please contact your system administrator."

How can I regain access? This is a home computer and I am the only user.
