If you use Word as your e-mail editor, you might try turning it off to see
if you changed an option in Word 2003 that is impacting the way items are
shown.

I am using Outlook 2003 in a Windows XP environment. Format is set to HTML.
Sometime during the past month I have lost the ability to insert images into
the body of an e-mail using the Insert > Pictures method. When I click on
Pictures, a white square box appears with a small Internet Explorer Icon in
the upper left-hand corner. I can use CTRL-C and CTRL-V to accomplish this,
but I have always used Insert > Picture and can't figure out why one night
it
worked fine and the next morning I'd lost two functions I use all the time.
At the same time, I lost the ability to undo anything in the body of the
e-mail. CTRL-Z does nothing.
Could a Windows update have disrupted my Outlook? Any ideas or suggestions?
I have done nothing to change any settings in Outlook.
Thank you for any assistance you can provide.
