I am suddenly having trouble accessing my hotmail account via Outlook 2002
(suddenly within last 3-5 weeks)
Send/Receive Error Reads:
Task ‘Hotmail: Folder: Inbox Sychronizing headers. ‘reported error
(0x80004005): ‘An unknown error has occurred. Please save any existing work
and restart the program.’
I have deleted and recreated the account info in Outlook and still get the
same message. But initially, it did try and open the hotmail folders I have
in Outlook but they were all empty (inbox, sent etc)
Today I installed all the security and service packs for XP so I am up to
date on everything.
Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks a lot!
