how can my secretary use my account for me?

When she does and deletes or sends, the items end up in folders that are in
her account not mine. And the "experts" are telling us that can't be fixed!!

Various possibilities here all depending on which version of Outlook and
which mail account type.
For Outlook 2007 on Exchange this can be configured via a policy setting.
