Can the My Documents Folder be added to Outlook 2003

We used to be able to add the My Documents folder using "bars" in the Outlook
navigation pane, now they are gone in 2003. We need to add the My Documents
folder to the view if possible.

Open the Shortcuts view, then click on My Documents and drag it to the word
"Shortcuts" at the top of that view. Release the mouse button. Clicking on
the shortcut in Outlook will open Windows Explorer with My Documents as the
root.
