Although I never intended to design webs for others, I have been asked by
friends and clients to create simple webs sites for them. Somehow what
starts out as simple becomes more complex as they ask for more "bells and
whistles"

I am using FP2003. Two of my clients want to upload pictures with captions
to the web from their location. I don't want to have to personally do it for
them because I just don't have time.

Is there a way without them buying FP2003?
