In a roundabout way, yes.
1. In Outlook, make sure navigation pane is on, via the VIEW menu.
2. In the navigation pane, click CONTACTS
3. Create a new folder under the Contacts folder, say, MyListToday.
4. File | Import and Export will open the Wizard
5. select Import from another program or file and click NEXT
6. Click Microsoft Access
7. Click Next and Browse to your Access database
8. Click Next and select your destination folder from 3 above, MyListToday
9. Click Next and check the table or query that holds your recipient list
with the email addresses
10. Click Map Custom Fields
11. Drag the Access fields on the left to the corresponding Outlook fields
on the right
12. Click OK, then Finish. The import should take place.
13. Now click Tools | Mail Merge.... and away you go!!!
Work with it and it will work for you.
