I'm trying to move my e-mails directly to a folder in my computer's hard drive.

Is it possible by using rules?
Or should I write a macro to do this?

Thanks in advance,

If you are using a POP account then your emails already ARE in a file on
your hard drive.
You need to give us much more information - such as mail account type and
what the mails in this folder are going to be used for.

I have two e mail account: one of them comes from exchange server in my
company, and other one is a gmail account and it is a POP account.
But both are them are delivering to personel folders file (pst file) and I
want to deliver them to a folder in my computer' s harddisc.

It is possible to drag and drop an e-mail to my harddisc folder normally;
but I want to do this by using "rules" in Microsoft Outlook.

I do not know if I could describe clearly whayt I want to do?

The pst file is already ON your hard disk. A pst file cannot reside
anywhere else.

Of course pst file on my harddisc.
Lets make a sample:
I have "Inbox" as main folder and "boss" ad subfolder under it in Outlook.
These both are stored in my pst file, this is clear.

I want to move an e-mail to c:\boss, and want to "see" this directory in
Outlook as same as an Outlook folder.
So I can just drag an e mail from inbox to c:\boss

Is this possible and how?

No. Why would you want to? Just make a new folder outside the Inbox, within
Outlook, and call it "Boss". Use that.
