I've wracked my brain, but I can't for the life of me figure out what you
mean by "MS button".
If you're concerned about private information in Word documents, choose
Tools - Options - Security, and enable "Remove personal information from
file properties on save". You might find the other Privacy options useful,
as well. You probably want to save an unpurged version of the document for
your own use, however.
In Word 2007, these options are located in Office button - Word Options -
Trust Center - Privacy Options. You can also remove personal information in
Word 2007, by clicking the Office button - Prepare - Inspect Document -
Inspect. After the Inspector runs, it will offer to Remove All of the
hidden/personal information it found.
