There are legitimate alternatives to loading Apple Quicktime.. Type
quicktime alternatives into your browser, which should bring up sites that
will give you smaller, less annoying applications so you can play mov
files.. Strange perhaps, but older WIndows Media Players can be found on the
Web that do support Apple mov files..
Also, if you want to play ra files (realaudio) you don't hafta load the
incredibly bloated RealPlayer to do so, either....filesharingplace.com is
one.....
Look around, learn to use your search engines and you would be amazed what
you can find, honestly and sometimes easily.. Good luck
