MS Word 2003. Example of question: Change "version 4.1.3" to "version 4.1.4"

When you modify any field containing version 4.1.3 then all linked fields
become version 4.1.4. Can it be done without Search and Replace?

You can set up _one_ place to enter the value and have that repeated
elsewhere, in any of several ways:
http://gregmaxey.mvps.org/Repeating_Data.htm. For the example you mentioned,
the most convenient one will be the DocProperty method (#5).
