I want to intro a show using a "Star Wars" like movement of words from the
bottom of the screen to the top with the words tilted almost flat and that
get smaller as they move to the top. How can I do that using PowerPoint 2003?

You can make use of the motion path or Credits effect. Then add an Emphasis (
Grow/Shrink). Set the shrink to 0%, and speed to slow or very slow. Change
the Start: "On click" to "With previous".

Lovely tutorial, but works better when you use the sloping Word Art (minus
the shadowing and text colour set to yellow)
