Thanks, Neo, but that makes me ask further questions. I don't necessarily
want Outlook to always open to Contacts. If I can make a separate shortcut
on my desktop to open to contacts for when I quickly want to do that without
going through the whole opening process, that would be nice. If your first
option for creating a shortcut is telling me that, can you please be more
specific? HOW do I create that shortcut - as in "steps". Your help is very
much appreciated. Thanks.
